BBNJ協定（公海条約）

BBNJ協定（公海条約）：正式名称は「国家管轄権外区域の海洋生物多様性（BBNJ）に関する協定」。通称「公海条約」または「High Seas Treaty」。2023年6月に国連で採択され、2026年1月17日に発効。公海（国家管轄権外の海域）における海洋生物多様性の保全と持続可能な利用を目的とする。
