G-Ocean (Generation Ocean)

UMITO Partners and Sailors for the Sea Japan co-hosted “G-Ocean (Generation Ocean)”, an interactive event for Generation X audience at Riviera Zushi Marina, Kanagawa prefecture on April 9th, 2023. “G-Ocean” brought together a diverse community of fishers, industry experts, social influencers and approximately 100 young consumers.

Through engaging discussions and thought-provoking interactive sessions, participants gained invaluable insights into the crucial topic of traceability of marine resources. By exchanging ideas and experiences, participants aim to forge innovative solutions that will ensure the health and prosperity of our oceans for generations to come.

After the discussions, G-Ocean participants were treated to a delightful lunch party featuring dishes made from sustainably sourced seafood.
