UMITO SEAFOOD is a seafood brand created by UMITO Partners to connect consumers with fishers who protect the ocean through sustainable practices – a brand built on the belief that the simple act of eating can help sustain the sea.

By sharing the stories and seafood of fishers working toward sustainable practices through restaurants and retailers, UMITO SEAFOOD promotes a positive cycle in which understanding and support for sustainable fisheries grow, more fishers adopt responsible methods, and marine resources are gradually restored.

UMITO SEAFOOD products have been featured in more than 30 restaurants, hotels, and retail stores across Tokyo and beyond.
